(Xunli Technology) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hubei Liming Lithium Technology Co., Ltd. (Hubei Liming Lithium). The two parties will leverage Xunli Technology's Wuxi Online Offline Communication Information Technology Co., Ltd.'s recycling network and operational capabilities, as well as its industrial digitalization and supply chain finance advantages, combined with Hubei Liming Lithium's lithium battery recycling technology capabilities to jointly promote the recycling of lithium battery resources and promote green low-carbon development. According to the agreement, the two parties will establish high-level meetings and joint working mechanisms, and cooperate in the following areas: 1. Recycling Network Collaboration: Hubei Liming Lithium will integrate its offline recycling resources into Xunli Technology's "Xunli Network" platform, with the latter providing online display and dispatch services. The two parties will jointly guide retired batteries to be matched with the platform and explore the establishment of standardized recycling points. 2. This cooperation will achieve synergies in multiple aspects: in terms of resource synergy, combining offline recycling networks with online platforms will help form a "recycling-application" business loop; in terms of industry dimension, the cooperation covers the entire chain layout of recycling, pack production, financial support, energy storage application, and overseas markets, to enhance overall operational efficiency; in terms of technology and market, the two parties will jointly develop intelligent dismantling and graded utilization technologies, and jointly expand domestic and international markets to enhance comprehensive competitiveness. The company has built a closed-loop industry chain of "recycling-dismantling-regeneration-manufacturing", with an expected processing of 20,000 tons of waste batteries in 2026, with an annual output value exceeding 400 million RMB, and a recovery rate of nickel-cobalt-manganese-lithium exceeding 95%.
