Kede Numerical Control(688305.SH) announced that recently, the company signed a revised agreement with Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Aircraft") on the co-construction of the Kede Numerical Control Center of Excellence for Innovation (COE), focusing on refining the core content such as R&D focus in the previously signed "Co-Construction Agreement". After negotiations and discussions, both parties jointly established the Center of Excellence for Innovation, focusing on commercial aircraft typical part processing technology, domestic equipment pilot verification, smart production line integration verification, multi-domain collaborative "numerical control workshop" and other areas of cooperation based on Kede Numerical Control's fully self-developed high-end five-axis machine tools and its numerical control system and other domestically produced key core components. The two parties will rely on Kede Numerical Control's self-controlled high-end five-axis machine tools, including at least seven types of equipment such as five-axis linkage vertical turning and milling compound processing center and flexible unit, five-axis linkage horizontal processing center, gantry processing center, and five-axis linkage horizontal swivel milling, for efficient and precision manufacturing of aviation typical parts, to carry out advanced processing technology development of typical parts and pilot verification and identification of domestically produced equipment, as well as the construction of standards system, deep integration and optimization of domestically produced high-end numerical control systems for the civilian aircraft scenario, jointly promoting the upgrade and development of the manufacturing technology of our country's civil aircraft and high-end five-axis machine tools and other equipment.
