According to the disclosure on March 13th by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Saintfire Holdings Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as Saintfire Holdings) has submitted an application for listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Cinda International as its exclusive sponsor. According to the prospectus, Saintfire Holdings is a marketing company that provides (i) integrated marketing services; (ii) marketing technology services; and (iii) advertising and marketing services in China. The company's marketing technology services mainly involve embedding QR codes on product packaging and individual products using its own system.
