CITIC SEC (06030): Wu Yonggao appointed as non-executive director

CITIC SEC (06030) announced that Mr. Wu Yonggao will officially assume the position as a non-executive director of the company starting from March 13, 2026, and his term will end on the date of the expiration of the eighth term of the board of directors. The company will handle the procedures for the appointment of Mr. Wu Yonggao as a director and sign a director service contract. After officially assuming the position as a non-executive director of the company, Mr. Wu Yonggao will also serve as a member of the Board Development Strategy and ESG Committee and the Board Risk Management Committee, his term will be from March 13, 2026, to the expiration of the eighth term of the board of directors.
