China East Air (00670) announced that recently, the company received a notice from its controlling shareholder, China Eastern Airlines Corporation Group. China Eastern Airlines Corporation Group increased its A-share holdings in the company by 33.9713 million shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system on March 13, 2026, accounting for 0.15% of the total number of the company's shares. The Group also proposed a follow-up holding plan. Within 12 months from the date of this increase, China Eastern Airlines Corporation Group intends to continue increasing its holdings through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system in a centralized bidding manner (referred to as the "current holding plan"). Under certain market conditions, the Group plans to cumulatively increase the A-share amount (including both the current increase and the current holding plan) to no less than RMB 500 million (including the base amount), and not more than RMB 1 billion (excluding the base amount).
