China Tianbao Group (01427) announced that Mr. Liao Zijie has resigned as the company secretary, with effect from March 13, 2026. Mr. Liao resigned as (i) the company's company secretary; (ii) the authorized representative of the company as required under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) the authorized representative of the company for the purpose of receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

According to the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Rule 3.05(i), Mr. Liao is also resigning as the authorized representative of the company. Additionally, in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong laws), Mr. Liao is no longer the authorized representative of the company for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong, effective from March 13, 2026. Ms. Lin Wanling has been appointed as the new company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from March 13, 2026.
