BOILLHEALTHCARE (01246) announced that on March 12, 2026 (after trading hours), the Company received notifications from its major shareholders, Le Yau Investment Limited (Le Yau) and Paoji International Limited (Paoji International), who respectively hold 260 million shares and 451 million shares of the Company, that they have sold the following shares: Le Yau has sold a total of 260 million shares to Mr. Sam Sum Wah (Mr. Sam), representing approximately 19.15% of the issued shares as of the date of this announcement; and Paoji International has sold a total of 449 million shares to five independent investors (Buyers), representing approximately 33.04% of the issued shares as of the date of this announcement (collectively referred to as the "Transfer Transactions").
