Termination of Subscription Agreement for METASPACEX (01796)

METASPACEX (01796) announced that, in light of the recent market condition as of March 12, 2026, the company has entered into a termination agreement with the subscriber. Accordingly, the parties to the agreement have agreed to terminate the subscription agreement, which will take effect from the date of the termination agreement. According to the termination agreement, the subscription agreement will no longer have any further effect or impact, and each party will be released from and discharged of any future obligations and liabilities under the subscription agreement, except for any prior breach of contract and rights and obligations that have already occurred prior to the termination.
