HANHUA FIN (03903): Wang Dayong resigns as chief economist
Hang Seng Financial Management Limited (03903) announced that Mr. Wang Dayong (Mr. Wang) has resigned from (i) the position of Chief Economist of the company due to personal work arrangements, and (ii) as the Hong Kong legal process agent of the company in accordance with Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong to receive legal process documents in Hong Kong and Rule 19.A13(2) of the Listing Rules. This resignation will take effect from February 24, 2026. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Wang has also resigned from his positions as the legal representative and director of several subsidiary companies of the company. After these resignations take effect, Mr. Wang will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.

According to the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance Chapter 622 Section 16 and the Listing Rules 19.A13(2), Mr. Wang has also resigned from his position as the legal process agent for receiving legal documents in Hong Kong on behalf of the company, effective from February 24, 2026. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Wang has also resigned from his positions as the legal representative and director of several subsidiary companies of the company. Following these resignations, Mr. Wang will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
The board of directors further announces that the law firm Deheng Law Offices (Hong Kong) Limited has been appointed as the legal process agent for receiving legal documents in Hong Kong, effective from March 12, 2026.
