NIO founder, chairman, and CEO Li Bin said at a media briefing on March 11 that after the Spring Festival, the new orders for the NIO ES8 have rebounded better than expected, and the new orders should be able to be completed smoothly. In the industry, the NIO ES8 has performed well in overcoming the new car effect "dead valley". The new ES8 will reach the delivery of the 80,000th unit by the end of March. On March 10, NIO released its fourth quarter and full year financial report for 2025. The company achieved an operating profit of 1.25 billion yuan in the fourth quarter, marking the company's first quarterly profit. On March 11, NIO's Hong Kong stock market closed up more than 14% compared to the previous day.
