Far East Horizon (03360) announced that Ms. Yuan Yixin has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer serve as one of the authorized representatives of the company as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Ms. Yang Zhaolin has been appointed to replace Ms. Yuan as the company secretary and one of the authorized representatives, effective from March 11, 2026.
