Harbour Digital (00913) announced that based on the unaudited management accounts of the Group for the year ending December 31, 2025, and information currently available to the board of directors, a preliminary assessment has been made. Compared to the audited comprehensive net loss for the year ending December 31, 2024, it is expected that the Group will record an unaudited comprehensive net profit for the year ending December 31, 2025.
HARBOUR DIGITAL (00913) announced that, based on the unaudited management accounts as of December 31, 2025, and information currently available to the Board, a preliminary assessment indicates that the Group is expected to report an unaudited comprehensive net profit for the year ending December 31, 2025, compared to a comprehensive net loss reported for the year ending December 31, 2024.
This change is primarily due to the performance of the Group's listed equity investments, which resulted in a loss of approximately HK$14.8 million in the previous year, turning into a profit of approximately HK$148 million in the current year. The Group expects a net profit for the current year to range from around HK$135 million to HK$165 million. In the previous year, an audited net loss of approximately HK$16.8 million was recorded.
