FS ANTHRACITE(01738): He Jianhu has resigned as executive director.

FS ANTHRACITE (01738) announced that Mr. He Jianhu (Mr. He), Mr. Tan Zhuohao (Mr. Tan), and Mr. Huang Hua'an (Mr. Huang) have resigned as executive directors due to other business needs and personal affairs, effective March 10, 2026. Following the resignation, Mr. Huang will no longer hold the role as authorized representative as stipulated in Listing Rule 3.05, effective March 10, 2026. Independent non-executive director Ms. Liang Ying will assume this role on the same date.
