Giordano International (00709) announced that on March 9, 2026, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Giordano Limited, entered into a lease agreement with the owner (Sean Domain Limited). Under this agreement, the owner has agreed to lease the property to Giordano Limited, with the lease term from March 9, 2026 to February 29, 2032 (inclusive of the first and last day).
GIORDANO INT'L (00709) announced that on March 9, 2026, the Company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Giordano Limited, has entered into a lease agreement with the landlord (Prime Field Limited). Under this agreement, the landlord has agreed to lease the properties to Giordano Limited, with the lease term starting from March 9, 2026, and ending on February 29, 2032 (inclusive of the first and last days). The properties are located at 22/F, Block B, 83 Kwong Lam Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong; and Room 1, 18/F, Block B, 83 Kwong Lam Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong. These properties are intended to replace the Company's current main operating location and the Group's headquarters in Hong Kong, as the lease of their existing office will expire in July 2026, and the new properties, located in the same area, have been in use for nearly 30 years. Taking into consideration the renewal terms of the existing office, potential costs and disruptions associated with upgrading the current property, and the terms of the lease for the new properties, which are located in a newly constructed Grade A twin-tower office building certified to meet various leading ESG standards and equipped with tenant facilities, the Company believes that entering into the lease agreement on market terms will better support the Group's business and operational needs, providing sufficient space for further growth and expansion opportunities. Additionally, there will not be a significant increase in operating expenses during the term of the lease agreement.
