The subscription adjustment rights have been exercised, and as a result, the company will issue and allocate an additional 5.25 million shares at the offer price, representing approximately 15.0% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the global offering. Assuming the global offering becomes unconditional by 8:00 a.m. on March 10, 2026, it is expected that the H shares will begin trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at 9:00 a.m. on March 10, 2026.
