The Global Chinese Business Club (01757) announced that Crowe (Hong Kong) LLP has resigned as the Company's auditor with effect from March 6, 2026. Upon recommendation by the Audit Committee, ShineWing (HK) CPA Limited has been appointed as the Company's new auditor with effect from March 6, 2026, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation, until the end of the Company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.

Upon recommendation of the Audit Committee, Guocheng Certified Public Accountants LLP has been appointed by the Board of Directors as the new auditor of the company, effective from March 6, 2026, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation, with a term until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
