AE LOGISTICS (08620) announces that, effective from March 6, 2026, Mr. Liao Changlin and Ms. Fu Ning have been appointed as executive directors of the company. Mr. Cai Yingheng has resigned as a non-executive director due to other business commitments. Mr. Lin Peigan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. Ms. Xu Qianheng has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to other business commitments. After Ms. Xu Qianheng's resignation, she will no longer serve as chairman of the company's nomination committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee. Mr. Lin Peigan, independent non-executive director, has been appointed as chairman of the nomination committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee. Ms. Fu Ning, executive director, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.
