KAM HING INT'L (02307) announced that the group is expected to incur a net loss attributable to company shareholders of approximately HK$95 million to HK$115 million for the year ending December 31, 2025, while a net profit attributable to company shareholders of approximately HK$28.2 million was recorded for the year 2024.
The board of directors believes that the expected net loss for the year 2025 is mainly attributed to: (i) a decrease in gross profit margin; (ii) one-off equipment disposal loss due to the shutdown of the power plant in Panyu; (iii) one-off employee restructuring expenses as a result of streamlining the company's operations in Panyu.
