Blessing Life Service (03686) announced that on March 6, 2026, the Group used its internal resources to issue instructions through the bank to purchase approximately 400 ounces of allocated gold bars (the second allocated gold investment, together with the first allocated gold investment collectively referred to as "allocated gold investments") for a consideration of approximately HK$15.9 million (i.e., RMB 14 million), and the relevant instructions were paired on the same day. The second allocated gold investment is expected to be completed on March 10, 2026, and the said consideration is expected to be paid by the Group in cash at settlement.
