CNGR Advanced Material (02579) nominates Deng Weiming as a candidate for executive director.

Zhongwei New Materials (02579) announced that on March 6, 2026, the board of directors nominated Mr. Deng Weiming, Mr. Tao Wu, Mr. Liao Hengxing, Mr. Liu Xingguo, and Mr. Deng Jing as candidates for executive directors of the third board of directors, and nominated Mr. Cao Feng, Mr. Hongyuan, Mr. Jiang Liangxing, and Ms. Huang Siying as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the third board of directors. The above director candidates are all current directors. After the above director candidates are elected as directors at the upcoming extraordinary general meeting, they will jointly form the third board of directors of the company with the worker directors elected at the upcoming workers' representative council meeting. Their term of office is three years and will take effect from the date of approval at the extraordinary general meeting of the company.
