Distinct Health (02677) announced that the oversubscription rights as stated in the prospectus have been partially exercised by the joint sponsors and overall coordinators (on behalf of themselves and the international underwriters) on March 5, 2026. A total of 196,100 shares have been exercised, accounting for approximately 4.13% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the global offering before the exercise of oversubscription rights.
