Clear Medical (01406) issued an announcement that, in accordance with the resumption guidance, the company must conduct an independent forensic investigation into the allegations and related matters, evaluate the impact on the company's business operations and financial condition, disclose the results, and take appropriate corrective measures. After considering the backgrounds, experiences, and professional knowledge of several candidates, the Independent Special Committee recommended to the Board of Directors the appointment of Chengtong Consulting Services Limited (Chengtong Consulting) as the forensic advisor for the Independent Special Committee, to conduct an independent forensic investigation into the allegations of significant misstatement in the listing prospectus, and report the results and conclusions of the investigation to the Independent Special Committee and the Board of Directors. The appointment of Chengtong Consulting has been approved by the Board of Directors.
