Sterling GP (01825) announced the following changes effective from March 5, 2026: Mr. Yang Lun has resigned as an executive director; authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; authorized representative to accept legal process documents and notices served on the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong); and Mr. Wang Yunji has been appointed as an executive director, authorized representative, and legal process agent.
