BOCOM INTL(03329): Wang Xianjia resigns as Executive Director, Deputy CEO and Chief Risk Officer.

CICC International Holdings Ltd. (03329) announced that Mr. Wang Xianjia (Mr. Wang) has resigned as an executive director, vice president, and chief risk officer of the Company due to job transfer reasons, effective from March 6, 2026. Upon his resignation, Mr. Wang will automatically cease to serve as a member of the Board's Strategic and Risk Management Committee, and will no longer act as the authorized representative of the Company as stipulated under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Xie Jie, the executive director and chief executive officer of the Company, will take over as the authorized representative from Mr. Wang starting from March 6, 2026.
