Mr. Chen Zhensheng has resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee respectively; and 2. Mr. Wu Manhui has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee respectively.
