JD LOGISTICS (02618) announced its annual performance up to December 31, 2025, with revenue of 217.147 billion yuan (RMB, same below), a year-on-year increase of 18.8%; of which, revenue from external customers was 136.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.1%. The profit attributable to company owners was 6.647 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.2%.
The increase in total revenue during the period was driven by the increase in revenue from integrated supply chain customers and other customers.
Revenue from integrated supply chain customers increased by 33.0% from 874 billion yuan in the fiscal year 2024 to 1.162 trillion yuan in the fiscal year 2025. The increase in revenue from integrated supply chain customers was mainly attributed to (i) an increase in revenue from JD Group, mainly driven by the expansion of instant delivery service scale, the recruitment and management of full-time riders recruited by the company starting from the second quarter of 2025, and the acquisition of local instant delivery service business in the fourth quarter of 2025 to obtain additional delivery capacity; (ii) the increase in revenue from external integrated supply chain customers, which resulted from an increase in the number of external integrated supply chain customers on a year-on-year basis. The number of external integrated supply chain customers contributing revenue during the period increased from 80,703 in the fiscal year 2024 to 91,161 in the fiscal year 2025. This increase in the number of external integrated supply chain customers was primarily due to the increase in customer demand for the company's services and the continuous improvement of the company's integrated supply chain service capabilities. The average revenue per customer for the company in the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2025, was 393,907 yuan, compared to 400,156 yuan in the fiscal year 2024.
Revenue from other customers increased by 5.7% from 955 billion yuan in the fiscal year 2024 to 1.009 trillion yuan in the fiscal year 2025, mainly driven by an increase in the volume of express delivery business.
Relying on its continuously improving supply chain capabilities, the company continued to expand the business boundaries and service depth of its integrated supply chain. Through omni-channel "one-item" supply chain solutions, as well as differentiated high-standard services such as "delivery and installation in one," and "reverse recovery," the company deepened cooperation with leading customers in multiple industries such as fast-moving consumer goods, household appliances and furniture, and automobiles. While effectively helping customers reduce costs and improve efficiency, optimize their experiences, the company's industry insights and service capabilities continued to strengthen, driving steady growth in its integrated supply chain business.
In overseas markets, the company successfully achieved the goal of doubling the area of its self-operated overseas warehouses, with its warehousing network and fulfillment capabilities continuously enhancing. As of December 31, 2025, the company had nearly 200 bonded warehouses, direct mail warehouses, and overseas warehouses, with a total management area of nearly 2 million square meters. Combining the mature supply chain experience accumulated domestically, the company provided full-chain logistics solutions and high-quality fulfillment services for many Chinese brands and overseas local customers in overseas markets, earning widespread trust from customers. In 2025, the company made positive progress in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region, driving high-speed growth in its overseas business.
Furthermore, in terms of technological innovation, the company actively promoted the global application of self-developed automated equipment. In the fourth quarter of 2025, JD LOGISTICS' first overseas intelligent wolf warehouse was officially put into operation in the UK; in December 2025, JD LOGISTICS' unmanned drone successfully completed its first overseas test flight in Saudi Arabia. The implementation of this series of benchmark projects effectively ensured the ultimate fulfillment experience of the company's overseas business and confirmed the global replicability of the company's technological solutions.
