JCN Electronics' Hong Kong Stock Listing Prospectus, submitted on September 5, 2025, expired after 6 months on March 5, 2026, with China International Capital Corporation and Guotai Junan International serving as its joint sponsors at the time of submission.
Jiejie Electronics Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Jiejie Electronics), whose Hong Kong IPO prospectus was submitted on September 5, 2025, expired after six months on March 5, 2026. CICC and GUOTAI JUNAN I were its joint sponsors at the time of submission.
According to the prospectus, Jiejie Electronics is a global leader and pioneer in the field of wireless sensor SoCs, committed to providing innovative sensor chips. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, based on revenue in 2024, Jiejie Electronics is the third largest automotive wireless sensor SoC company globally, and also the largest in China.
Jiejie Electronics is at the forefront of sensor chip wireless and SoC development. Given that wireless sensor SoCs are a key growth engine in the automotive electronics sector, since 2018, Jiejie Electronics has taken a first-mover advantage by mass producing high-performance car-grade wireless sensor SoCs. With deep domain expertise and scalable SoC platform, the company has successfully applied these innovative products to other high-growth verticals such as energy storage and industrial electronics since 2021, providing next-generation features for these sectors.
