WINTO GROUP (08238) announced that as of March 4, 2026, Mr. Yu Yi has resigned from the positions of Company Secretary and Authorized Representative of the company; Mr. Ma Jinghui has resigned from the positions of Independent Non-executive Director, Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee member positions in order to devote more time to developing his personal career; Ms. Huang Ziling has resigned from the positions of Chairman of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee, and has been appointed as a member of the aforementioned committees. On the same day, Mr. Gan Junying has been appointed as an Executive Director, Company Secretary, and Authorized Representative; and Mr. Liu Weishi has been appointed as the Chairman of the Independent Non-executive Director, Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee.
