Junzhong Technology (603516.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire 28.8 million shares of Suzhou Industrial Info Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Industrial Info") with its own funds of 40.8518 million yuan, accounting for 24% of the total share capital of Industrial Info. Mr. Zhang Junfeng, a director of the company, will acquire 24 million shares of Industrial Info in this transaction; Ms. Liu Jiali, the spouse of the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, will acquire 43.2 million shares of Industrial Info.
