CSSC SHIPPING (03877) announced that on March 4, 2026, its wholly-owned special purpose companies Fortune Bankok I, Fortune Bankok II, Fortune Bankok III, and Fortune Bankok IV have entered into a memorandum of agreement and bareboat charter agreements with lessees Lucilla Maritime, Megara Maritime, Apollonas Maritime, and Cronos Maritime. Fortune Bankok I, Fortune Bankok II, Fortune Bankok III, and Fortune Bankok IV have agreed to purchase vessels from the lessees at a consideration; and to lease back the vessels to the lessees for an estimated total rent amount of approximately $141 million (including estimated lease interest of about $36.685 million) that the lessees are required to pay. The vessels are four 1,900 TEU feeder container vessels, with a total value of $129.4 million, equivalent to the total vessel construction cost determined under the relevant shipbuilding contracts. The memorandum of agreement and bareboat charter agreements were entered into by Fortune Bankok I, Fortune Bankok II, Fortune Bankok III, and Fortune Bankok IV as part of their regular business operations. The directors believe that entering into the memorandum of agreement and bareboat charter agreements will strengthen the Group's leasing business and align with the Group's overall business development strategy.
