China Railway (00390) announced that Mr. Wang Shiqi has resigned from his positions as executive director and member of the Boards Safety, Health and Environmental Committee of the company, effective March 2, 2026, due to retirement reasons. Following his resignation, Mr. Wang Shiqi will no longer hold any positions within the company. After his resignation, Mr. Wang Shiqi will no longer act as the authorized representative of the company in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules. The President and Executive Director, Mr. Zhao Dianlong, has been appointed as the new authorized representative of the company, effective March 2, 2026.
