The International Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued supplementary material requirements to 7 companies, among which, Sublime China Information (301299.SZ) was required to explain whether the company and its subsidiary companies are involved in the development and operation of websites, mini-programs, apps, public accounts, etc., and whether they are involved in providing information content to third parties. According to the disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 28, 2025, Shandong Sublime China Information Co., Ltd.
