China South Air (01055) announces that, approved by the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Cai Zhizhou has been elected as an executive director of the tenth board of directors, with a term of office until the expiration of the current term of the board of directors. Mr. Cai Zhizhou's appointment will take effect after the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting. On March 2, 2026, the board of directors deliberated and approved the appointment of Mr. Cai Zhizhou as a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration and Assessment Committee. On the same day, Mr. Han Wensheng will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration and Assessment Committee.
