Under this agreement, the company conditionally agrees to provide a loan to PT Flexlogis Investment in an amount not exceeding RMB 60 million, with a term from the effective date of Loan Agreement II to March 1, 2031, and interest calculated at an annual rate of 5.0% from the respective withdrawal dates of each loan.
