DADI EDU (08417) appoints Zhang Liang and Jiang Qianting as independent non-executive directors.

DADI EDU (08417) announced that Mr. Wong Tak Chun has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the remuneration committee of the company, effective from March 1, 2026, in order to allocate more time to his personal affairs and business. On the same day, Ms. Chung Wai Na has also resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, member of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee of the company for the same reasons. In addition, Mr. Zhang Liang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the remuneration committee of the company. Ms. Jiang Qianting has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, member of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee.
