RUIXIN INT'L (00724) announced that there was no reported revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2025 and June 30, 2024. The loss for the reporting period decreased from approximately 204 million Hong Kong dollars to approximately 6 million Hong Kong dollars compared to the corresponding period. The decrease in loss for the reporting period was mainly due to the operational losses in the electronic products business and reduced management expenses, as well as decreased estimated interest expenses on convertible notes and shareholder loans. Due to weak global economic conditions, global tariff protection issues, rising interest rates, rapid advancements in the industry, development, and intense competition, coupled with the poor financial condition of the group, further impacted the image and confidence of the group's electronic products business among customers. As a result, the costs of the electronic products business for the reporting period were reduced to basic operating costs, leading to a decrease in operating losses compared to the corresponding period.
