Chifeng Gold (06693) announced that, at the nomination of the company's president and after review and recommendation by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors has agreed to appoint Mr. Feng Tao as Vice President and Chief Engineer of the company. The appointment of the above-mentioned personnel will take effect from February 28, 2026, and the term of office will be consistent with the current term of the Board of Directors.
