Eddie Pharmaceutical (688488.SH) announced that one of the company's actual controllers and chairman, Mr. Fu Heliang (referred to as the "increasing holding entity" below), plans to increase the company's shares by means permitted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system (including but not limited to centralized bidding and block trading) from March 2, 2026, for a period of 6 months. The planned amount of increase is not less than RMB 10 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 15 million (inclusive).
