Qinhuangdao Port (03369) announced that Mr. Zhang Zhihui has been appointed as the Chairman of the 6th Board of Directors of the company. In addition, Mr. Zhang Zhihui has been appointed as the Chairman of the Company's Strategic Committee; Mr. Ding Xiaoping has been appointed as a member of the Company's Strategic Committee and the Chairman of the Compliance Management Committee; Mr. Liu Simang has been appointed as a member of the Compliance Management Committee; Mr. Liu Wenpeng has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee; Mr. Nie Yuzhong will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Compliance Management Committee.
