Announcement: Ms. Li Jie Zhi (Ms. Li) of Peace Works (01977) will retire and no longer serve as the company secretary after February 28, 2026. Ms. Li will also no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK) and as the representative of the company accepting legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong as the authorized representative of the company (legal process agent) as stipulated in Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong from February 28, 2026.

An announcement has been made by ANALOGUE HLDGS (01977) that Ms. Li Jie Zhi (Ms. Li) will retire on February 28, 2026 and will no longer serve as the company secretary of the company. Ms. Li will also no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as required by Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEx) and as the representative of the company for accepting legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong as required by the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) from February 28, 2026 onwards. The Board of Directors also announced that Mr. Peng Zhi Xiong (Mr. Peng) has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative as required by Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and the legal process agent of the company, effective from February 28, 2026. Mr. Peng meets the qualifications required for a company secretary as stipulated in Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules.
