The announcement from Parkson Group (03368) stated that Ms. Yuan Yanxin (Ms. Yuan) has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Listing Rules), and as the agent for service of process in Hong Kong on behalf of the company as defined under Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong, effective from March 1, 2026.

PARKSON GROUP (03368) announced that Ms. Yuen Yin Yan (Ms. Yuen) has resigned as the Company Secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the Company as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and as the Hong Kong legal process agent of the Company for the purposes of receiving legal process documents under Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance in Hong Kong, effective from March 1, 2026. Following Ms. Yuen's resignation, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Au Yeung Lai Nei (Ms. Au Yeung) as the Company Secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent of the Company, all effective from March 1, 2026. Ms. Au Yeung meets the requirements of Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules for Company Secretaries.
