Muyuan Group (02714) announced that the Board of Directors recommends: (i) changing the company's Chinese name from "" to "", and changing the company's English name from "Muyuan Foods Co., Ltd." to "Muyuan Foods Group Co., Ltd."; (ii) amending the company's articles of association to reflect (among other things) the global offering and listing of the company's H shares, the recent conversion of several convertible bonds issued by the company, and the change of company name.
