Shangfeng Cement (000672.SZ) announced that the company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Shangrong Logistics Co., Ltd. ("Ningbo Shangrong"), as the contributing entity, has invested in Jiangsu Xinhua Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xinhua Semiconductor") through Hefei Guocai No.3 Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) ("Guocai No.3"), which has applied for initial public offering of shares and listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board on February 25, 2026, and has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
