REGAL PARTNERS (01575): Completion of issuance of new shares under general mandate allotment
Royal Court Wisdom (01575) announced that all the preconditions stated in the placement agreement have been met, and the transaction was completed on February 25, 2026. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the Company issued a total of 560 million shares to at least six placing agents at a placement price of HK$0.05 per share. After the completion of the placement and issuance of the placement shares, these shares represent approximately 14.51% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
