China New Retail Supply Chain (03928) announced that all the prerequisites specified in the placement agreement have been met, and the completion of the placement was finalized on February 25, 2026. A total of 16 million shares of placement shares (approximately 3.23% of the total issued share capital of the company after the placement and issue of new shares) were successfully placed at a placement price of HK$8.88 per share to no fewer than six placing agents. The net proceeds from the placement amount to approximately HK$141 million, with a net subscription price of approximately HK$8.80 per share.
CHINA NEXT-GEN (03928) announced that all the conditions precedent stipulated in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the completion of the subscription was finalized on February 25, 2026. A total of 16 million shares (accounting for approximately 3.23% of the enlarged share capital of the company) were successfully subscribed at a subscription price of HK$8.88 per share to no fewer than six sub-underwriters. The net proceeds from the subscription amount to approximately HK$141 million, with a net subscription price per share of around HK$8.80.
