MINIEYE (02431) announced that the company has recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Groundway Green Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (Groundway) and Shenzhen Lizard New Energy Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. (Lizard Technology). The three parties will be market-driven, fully integrating their core capabilities in operations management, research and development, manufacturing, and L4 autonomous driving technology, establishing a comprehensive strategic partnership to jointly design, produce, and deliver 3,000 unmanned logistics vehicles that meet vehicle standards and are competitive in the market. This will generate economies of scale, fill market gaps, seize market share, and establish a leading position in the industry in terms of products and brands. According to the cooperation agreement, the three parties will focus on the research and development, manufacturing, and commercial application of unmanned logistics vehicles with the aim of "complementary advantages, synergistic development, mutual creation, and win-win cooperation." The cooperation will advance in the following directions: 1. The group will be responsible for meeting national and industry vehicle standards, core technical indicators for this specific product, ensuring that unmanned logistics products have precise environmental perception, stable path decision-making, and efficient control capabilities in complex logistics scenarios such as industrial parks and urban distribution. They will lead the integration and matching of the intelligent driving system and chassis system, software debugging, and system optimization, organizing comprehensive field joint tests to ensure the delivery of operational unmanned logistics vehicles to Groundway in a complete vehicle form. 2. Lizard Technology will lead the research and development of the chassis system of unmanned logistics vehicles, leveraging its technical expertise in the automotive manufacturing field to fully integrate upstream and downstream supply chain resources, establish a stable component procurement and cooperation system, select core components, verify performance, conduct multi-scene tests, and oversee the full process of production and manufacturing. They will strictly adhere to vehicle standards and technical requirements to ensure the structural stability, operational reliability, and safety of the chassis system, providing solid hardware support for the overall vehicle performance. 3. Groundway will deeply participate in the product definition of unmanned logistics vehicles, leveraging its profound understanding of logistics scenarios, combining end-market demand, actual operational pain points, and customer feedback to provide professional and practical suggestions for product function planning, performance indicators, exterior design, cost control targets, and other core elements to ensure that the product meets end-user needs and market expectations. They will be responsible for the final operations, market promotion, and commercial model implementation of unmanned logistics vehicles. 4. All parties agree to scale deployment, achieving batch landing of unmanned logistics vehicles in multiple scenarios through the integration of manufacturing systems and operational resources to enhance logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The three parties have strong complementary advantages in the relevant fields, as well as a solid cooperation foundation and broad development prospects. This cooperation aims to break through traditional industry barriers and promote the large-scale application of autonomous driving technology in urban logistics. The Board of Directors believes that signing the cooperation agreement can achieve complementary advantages in resources and technology. Based on the group's full-stack self-developed L4 autonomous driving technology and mass production experience, combined with Groundway's mature logistics operations network and market insight, as well as Lizard Technology's rich experience in automotive research and development and manufacturing, this will effectively reduce logistics costs, provide replicable cost-effective samples for the industry, and contribute to the development of intelligent logistics ecosystem. The long-term prospects for the group's L4 unmanned logistics vehicle business are promising, with significant progress since its official launch. It has already successfully secured orders for multiple hundred units, delivered and operated products in multiple cities across the country, and reached deep cooperation with a number of high-quality customers and commercial partners including logistics companies and capacity leasing companies.
