ZHONGTAIFUTURES (01461): Zhou Shunyuan appointed as Chairman

Zhongtai Futures (01461) announced that Mr. Lv Xiangyou (Mr. Lv) has resigned from the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director, Chairman of the Board's Strategic Development Committee, and Committee Member due to work adjustments. Mr. Lv's resignation will take effect from February 14, 2026. The Board of Directors passed a resolution on February 14, 2026 to elect Mr. Zhou Shunyuan (Mr. Zhou) as the Chairman of the Board of the Company. As a result, Mr. Zhou has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the Company, with a term of office from February 14, 2026 until the end of the fourth term of the Board of Directors, with the option of re-election. The Board of Directors also passed a resolution on February 14, 2026 to elect Mr. Zhou as the Chairman and Member of the Board's Strategic Development Committee. The Company hereby approves the election of Mr. Zhou as the Chairman and Member of the Board's Strategic Development Committee, with a term of office from February 14, 2026 until the end of the fourth term of the Board of Directors, with the option of reappointment.
