ARRAIL GROUP (06639) announcement that PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from February 13, 2026. According to the company's articles of association, the board of directors can fill any temporary vacancies in the position of auditor. Following PwC's resignation, the board, upon recommendation of the audit committee, has decided to appoint Grant Thornton Hong Kong LLP (Grant Thornton) as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy, effective from February 14, 2026.
