National United Resources (00254) announced that the group is expected to have revenue of approximately HK$34.34 million for the six months ending on December 31, 2025, representing a year-on-year decrease of about 38.7%. The main reasons for the decrease in revenue are the disposal of assets generating income from the information technology business division's computing, analysis, and processing center in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, as well as a decrease in revenue from another division, car rental and shuttle bus services, by approximately 30% or about HK$7 million.
NUR Holdings (00254) announced that the group expects a revenue of approximately 34.343 million Hong Kong dollars for the six months ending on December 31, 2025, representing a year-on-year decrease of approximately 38.7%. The main reason for the decrease in revenue is the disposal of assets generating income from the Information Technology division's computing analytics and processing center during the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2025, as well as a decrease in revenue from another division, car rental and shuttle bus services, by approximately 30% or around 7 million Hong Kong dollars. During the corresponding period, a fair value loss of approximately 9.348 million Hong Kong dollars was recognized in the profit and loss account for financial liabilities measured at fair value. Due to the absence of such fair value loss in the current period, coupled with a reduction in operating expenses, the impact on the net loss for the period was mitigated. It is expected that the net loss attributable to the owners of the company for the period will be approximately 22 to 25 million Hong Kong dollars, an increase of around 3 to 6 million Hong Kong dollars from the loss of approximately 19.238 million Hong Kong dollars in the corresponding period.
