I.CENTURY HLDG (08507) announced that, due to the company's inability to reach a consensus with Grant Thornton Hong Kong LLP (Grant Thornton) on audit fees for the financial year ending March 31, 2026 (2025/26 fiscal year), Grant Thornton has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from February 13, 2026. The board further announced that, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board has resolved to appoint Crowe Horwath (HK) CPA Limited (Crowe Horwath) as the company's new auditor, effective from February 13, 2026, to fill the temporary vacancy created by Grant Thornton's resignation. According to the company's articles of association, Crowe Horwath will serve until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
